Statements are controlled by Goldman Sachs. You’re welcome to reach out to an Apple Card Specialist at GS at anytime using the contact information below. I prefer calling in regard to issues like yours, but it’s your choice obviously.

Statements are emailed to the address associated with your Apple ID. The major cause for paper statements is a full email inbox or issues with the inbox in the past. If you don’t use that email much, you should check to make sure that it’s not full of spam etc.

If your mailbox is not the issue, you’ll need to contact an Apple Card specialist.

CONTACTING — Goldman Sachs Bank

  • Call toll-free at 877-255-5923; or

  • Write to: Goldman Sachs Bank, Lockbox 6112, P.O. Box 7247, Philadelphia, PA 19170-6112.
