how to install print profiles

Need to install a new print profile for Photoshop: sRGB 1EC 6196662-1. Currently using iMac Ventura 13.4.1 and Photoshop 23.01. Unable to locate a profile folder, if they still exist. I did note, however, that this same profile is included in the ColorSync file but does not show up in the listing of printer profiles in the color management section of the Photoshop print settings.

Is there a way to "activate" the sRGB file sitting in the ColorSync folder? Are my attempts to install my downloaded sRGB file (slightly revised for printing of digital negatives) being thwarted because a similar file exists? Or, simply, can I install my version of the print profile (guidance appreciated).
