I am getting email soliciting from the website Kobe I.dynamothrive.com regarding my iCloud account

Yes, very likely a scam. That is not a valid Apple domain, and would have no reason to be sending you emails about your iCloud account.
Also the dynamothrive.com website is not secured and just shows a blank page.
