iCloud says it’s full, but it’s not. Have followed various advice I have followed numerous suggestions to stop getting the “iCloud is full” emails. My iCloud is less than half full - 2.1 GB used out of 5. Despite this, and after signing out and back in, reducing the amount of data being backed up, I am still getting this message. I’m getting pretty frustrated about it, and, of course, you can’t actually contact an actual support person. Any ideas?

After checking further it would appear that there are a lot of iCloud scams out there!!
