Can’t get 3rd party confirmation msgs

As we understand it, you're not receiving verification messages from third-party apps and services on your iPhone. Is that right?

If you're referring to SMS verification messages, start by checking this setting from the article Block, filter, and report messages on iPhone:

"Filter messages from unknown senders

With iMessage, you can filter messages from unknown senders, and you won’t get notifications from them.

Go to Settings  > Messages, scroll down to Message Filtering, then turn on Filter Unknown Senders.

When this setting is on, you can only see messages from people who aren’t in your contacts when you go to Filters > Unknown Senders.

Note: You canʼt open any links in a message from an unknown sender until you add the sender to your contacts or reply to the message."

If "Filter Unknown Senders" is on, it may account for what you're experiencing. If something else is happening, or if the issue persists, let us know your iOS version from Settings > General > About and we'll go from there.

If these are specifically SMS messages, from here we'd advise contacting your carrier. The only settings on the iPhone that might block those would've been the Unknown Senders setting. If that's already off, SMS messages are only controlled through the carrier.

Contacting them regarding the issue would be your next step.

I’m having the same problem. I have read all the information provided turning text options on and off has not made a difference. Still cannot receive third-party text.
