Can’t install macOS

Hey everyone,

I messed up while trying to format my Mac, and now I'm stuck and can't reinstall macOS. Here's what happened:

I saw two internal disks in the Disk Utility, so I clicked "Initialize" thinking it would format them. After restarting, I found out I needed to reinstall macOS, but every time I try, it fails. Apple's assistant suggested deleting the internal disk, but it's locked and won't let me.

Could someone please help me figure this out? I'd really appreciate any assistance you can provide!

P.S. I add some images if this can help, unfortunately my mac is in italian, but I’m happy to translate it if needed.

My Italian is a bit rusty, But I will try and help you

Go to the internal disk in disk utility and perform a disk first aid. You might want to format the disks (for an ssd, choose AFPS)

After formatting, try and install macOS again
