Maildrop is failing from iPhone iOS 16.6 (14 Pro Max) in sending a less than 5 gigabyte video file to a commonly used email recipient. The error message "Cannot Send Mail The connection to the outgoing server "p10-smtp.mail.me.com" failed."

As I recall, I had a similar issue some months ago. I resolved it by turning off my Wi-Fi and using 5G cellular data to send the file.

By the way, in case there’s some commonality here, my Wi-Fi provider is Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable). I believe they have some responsibility for this issue.
