Here the phone is right there except parenthesis are flashing around it, am I being hacked or ? What is this mean? Does anybody know?????

It means that someone called you, and instead of answering, you swiped the call away, and now it’s ringing in the background, until it goes to voicemail.

My question is I have a symbol in the top left corner of my screen I’d have to attach a file with a screen shot
