tiny circle mid-screen on iPhone 14 Pro

After applying Spigen glass screen protector, a tiny circle is slightly visible at the midpoint of my screen whether Always On Display is on or is disabled. It has a black center surrounded by silver, then the outer ring is red.

It's not irritating, but I did not see it until I applied the glass protector. It is not an air bubble, and when the phone is on, it is just below the Apple icon while the phone is "booting up".

So far, Apple tech just says ask Spigen if they've heard of this, but the phone is functioning really well.
