I can’t download any apps because I don’t have a iOS 14 And up and my phone is not receiving updates

I can’t download instagram because I’m on iOS 12.5.7 I have a I phone 6 and I’m not getting anymore updates

Sorry, the iPhone 6 cannot be updated beyond iOS 12.5.7.
