How do I upload from my iphone files app to youtube?

I want to upload a video that is in the Files App on my iPhone to YouTube. YouTube can only upload from the Photos App.

How can do any of the following (or please give a different better idea):

1. Move the video from Files to Photos.
2. Upload from Files to YouTube.
3. Get Slideshow Maker (an iPhone app) to get the "Share to YouTube" button back that has always been there in the past.

Background:

1. All apps are up to date, as is the phone
2. I've rebooted the phone
3. I tried cussing. Nothing.
