Some keys are not working
Some keys like d, dash and globe button aren’t working. I have to press d hard for it to work. How to fix please?
Per chance did this Magic Keyboard experience a liquid spill? If so, it may be possible that the liquid entered into the keyboard and damaged it. At least this would be one possible reason that those keys are not functioning properly. The other could be some type of debris has gotten lodged in these keys and you may be able to remove them using a soft brush.
Regardless, AFAIK, Apple does not repair these keyboards. However, I would still recommend that you contact Apple Support directly to get further assistance with this matter. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the bottom left-hand side of this forum's web page.
