how do I add rows to a iPad numbers spreadsheet using voiceover

When I work with my spreadsheet on my Mac, I just insert rows below the row that I have a cell selected. That works great. But I want to do the same thing accessing the same spreadsheet on my iPad.

I am a voiceover user. I’m sure there must be a way to add a row below. Or above. But I can’t figure out how to do it or find instructions.
