I have lost my heart rate app on my watch. How do I recover it

Was messing around and I think I deleted it from my watch. I had it on my watch face.

Heart Rate app disappears after watchOS update My heart rate app - I have it on most watch faces - has disappeared from my watch after recent update to watchOS 10.01. I can’t seem to get it back. ECG app disappears from my Apple Watch About every 2-3 months the ECG app disappears from my watch. I can’t reinstall it as it shows it’s already installed. Hello tomaxxie,

You should be able to turn it back on in the Settings app of your Apple Watch: Check your heart rate on Apple Watch - Apple Support

1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.

2. Go to Privacy & Security > Health.

3. Tap Heart Rate, then turn on Heart Rate.
