Can't add fonts to a specific collection in FontBook Ventura

I can no longer add fonts to the collections since I upgraded my computer to Ventura. When I control-click to add fonts to the collection, the fonts are added to My Fonts rather than the collection I had originally chosen. Additionally, drag and drop into the collection does not work. Once the fonts are in My Fonts, I have to manually select them, move them to the desired collection. FontBook settings are setup to intall fonts in Current User. Anyone have any recommendations?
