Apple Classroom -

I am an Apple CLT leader in our school district. Today is our first day of school and I was piloting Apple Classroom. All students show up in the class (they have managed devices). But some are "offline" when they are clearly in class with their MacBooks open and they are logged in to the device.

Before I roll this to the rest of the staff - and a trainer in another building - I want to get these potential questions and kinks worked out.
