I already update my computer, to macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and I was trying to download an app from the Appstore and it says that required at least MacOs 11. but there is not another actualization for this computer. and I don't know how to get that MacOs 11

Whether you can get macOS 11 (known as Big Sur), or even a later version macOS 12 (Monterey) or macOS 13 (Ventura), depends on exactly what mac you have.
Start by going to the Apple menu and choosing About this Mac.
