Hard Disk Sleep missing under battery settings

Hello everyone, so I have encountered a problem with my Mac and I am not sure what it is. So sometimes out of nowhere my MacBook Pro 13' 2020's screen turns black whilst I am using it and I was thinking it might be from the hard disk sleep mode but when I go to the settings I cannot find the option to turn off disk sleep mode off if anyone has any suggestions as to why that is and how I can fix it please tell me. Here is a picture of the options I do have.

That option is no longer available in Ventura except when an external drive is connected.

Check whether the Display setting is configured to "sleep". Not sure if that would be under Battery or Display.

However, if you are actively using the laptop when this occurs, then neither of these options are likely the cause. Instead I would suspect a sleep sensor issue (whether triggered accidentally or by a malfunction). Another possibility is the built-in Display Assembly is bad (may have a faulty cable....you can try closing the display, then slowly & gently open the lid just a little bit to see whether the display lights up again).

Connect an external display....does the same thing happen to the external display when the built-in display goes dark?

Is the laptop still powered on? Press the Caps Lock key to see if its LED lights up.
