I keep getting asked to remove a device before I can sync my Ipod or Iphone. there are only three devices shown, but it keeps saying there are five, and I need to remove one.
Is this an error, or am I doing something wrong? I want to sync my IPod as I have downloaded music on my IPhone, and want to put it on my IPod.

I had the same problem on YouTube music. I had the premium package that allowed each account 10 devices to be authorized for offline downloading. I only had 3 devices but when I tried to add another on I was told I had reached my limit and contacting did No good. After doing some research or my own I found that they go by Mac addresses for each device and since I had private wifi enabled in my setting it gave my devices A new private Mac address every time I reconnected to my router they were counted as a whole device. Maybe that's what is happening to you ? Hope this helps.
Hi, i think beacuse it worked also to mee, that you need to reset your device, and then setup it?
