Is there any way to reset the iPhone passcode and avoid data loss?

Hello Question, Is there a way to reset passcode on iPhone , without doing master reset. I lost a loved one to cancer and I didn’t have my phone connected to iCloud to save , sentimental voice memo , pictures and videos. I truly appreciate any advice or suggestions, thanks. God Bless
