I’ve turned my phone volume right down. Gone through every option on sound and haptics. Nothing changes the fact that notifications are coming through extremely painfully loud. I can be in a deep sleep and each notification wakes me up. Volume is as low as possible. How do I change this?

I've already turned that down to the minimal amount and the notifications still blast through at the highest volume
