Display problem on thunderbolt after update to 13.5 (22G74)

I recently updated my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) to macOS 13.5 (22G74).

Since then my additional displays have started dropping out randomly: they turn black and all windows return to the 13 inch macbook display in between 5-90 seconds then it extends back to the screens again. I have two identical displays connected via a belkin usb-c dongle.

I have changed all external hardware to make sure it's nothing from the outside causing this errors.

When looking into the journal it's hard to catch something obvious, some errors erupt in synch with display fails from the Kernel, like:

fault 11:00:01.327924+0200 kernel IOReturn IOAccelDisplayPipe::display_change_handler(void *, IOFramebuffer *, IOIndex, void *) completed at <46589511634925> taking <29696662> ns

When error with displays occur, everything else connected via the hub is still working, like mouse, keyboard, sound (music still playing uninterrupted).

These sorts of issue have been reported when UPGRADING to more recent MacOS. this may be because more recent versions are checking for any transmission errors on the data links to your displays.

the solution is to use the cabling appropriate for the display methods and resolutions of your displays.

¿What make&Model displays, and how are they connected to your computer. Please mention every cable, adapter, and Dock -- none are "negligible".
