Forgot password and security questions, deleted recovery email

I forgot my apple id password and security questions. I didn't use my gmx mail for years, and so they deleted it. I can't receive recovery email. I have apple ID, how to change that old mail to new one that I use? Or some help please?

You might want to try and enroll in account recovery
