Unable to power up PowerBook after OS re-install interrupted.

Re-Installing Monterey via recovery mode, the screen froze after entering the WiFi password. I switched off the laptop (MacBook PRO 13” retina pre-2015) and now it won’t power up again. Completely dead. Any suggestions please?

Over this time, it has been to apple techs twice and a certified apple repair store twice. The only repair was a firmware update and nothing has been fixed. Any advice at all would be great. Stuck in loading options mode Stuck in loading options mode MacBook Pro 14” holding Start up button. However when it passes Apple Logo screen it suggests keep holding in order to load options screen. This does not load . I was performing an update at Apple request to update MacOS Ventura and the latest Safari update. My MacBook was also due to load MacOS Sonoma, later in the evening nothing has happened and I am left with a complete black screen. Any suggestions that will work, before I get in touch with Apple? the power cable light suggests it has enough power in the battery to start up, but to no avail.

Thanks for the reply. We actually fixed it with a SMC reset yesterday.

Have you tried the Reset the SMC of your Mac ?

If still no luck >>

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

2 - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer
