New Macbook pro bought in UK for China trip - Applecare coverage

My son is going to be teaching English in China for a year and he needs a new laptop. If I buy a new or refurbished Macbook pro in the UK with Applecare, will apple repair the computer in China if there is a problem with it?

Apple Care Plus Romania Hello! I want to buy a mac book pro from the US and also buy the apple care plus coverage. But I will be using it in Romania. If anything happens, is this country eligible for repairs on this mac book pro through apple care plus?

Hi,

AppleCare+ is not an international warranty. Some region’s Apple stores or Apple authorized service providers will honor AppleCare+ outside of the country was bought at, but there is no way to know because it partially depends on the regional model of the device.
