I deleted iTunes from home screen and would like to restore it back to my home screen on mac boob pro (2003)

Go to Finder -> Apps -> Music.
Then put it back to the Dock, see -> Use the Dock on Mac -> Use the Dock on Mac – Apple Support (UK)
