Missing Outlook emails

I've recently got a new Macbook. I'm using 365 and it's causing me no end of issues (previously no issue at all on a Macbook). eg missing Outlook emails.

When I searched for a specific sent email I cannot find it in my new Macbook, using search or by looking at the list of sent emails by date . Yet the email is there on my old Macbook (via search and in the list), and it is there in Macmail on my new Macbook.

Can someone please suggest a solution (non technical if possible as I'm not a techy).

Thanks

Hey BG446,

I'm having a similar issue.

I can see the mail in the Inbox. I can just scroll down and see it.

But when I search for it by using the name of the sender, I get a whole list of mails from him, but not the two most recent ones.

No clue what's going on. Using Outlook for Mac - 'Old version'.

I did figure out that when I switch to the 'New Outlook', the search is working fine again, finding all the mails.

I'm still no big fan of this New Outlook, but it seems to do the trick of having a 100% working search function.

Grtz,

Marnix
