When I try to add a new debit card, I'm unable to save the payment method information to my account.

I usually press Done once I’m finished putting all the debit card information. And it starts loading and tries to finish but it goes back to "Done." I tried pressing it again and so many times but it still does not work I really need to use it so if I could get a quick response thank you.
