KPs are very difficult to track down as they can be caused by either software or hardware.

The most common hardware causes are failed or failing start up drives, failed RAM if the RAM was ever increased, failed or failing third party peripherals such as External Hard Disks, printers etc.

Software causes are caused by old outdated apps or apps such as third party AV, cleaning, VPN, Security apps.

To be honest considering the computer is 11 years old you may simply want to consider replacing it.

Good luck

Please do the following and we can hope to help you find the issue. If you don't want to then I agree with den.thed, it's likely hardware. In that case your best option is to take the computer to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be professionally diagnosed and then you can decide on your best option.
