airpod delivered to me - apple told me to return the item and i did so but still not refunded

Hi, I lost an air pod and ordered a new one. then i found it and went to cancel the order. however, it had already shipped, so apple told me to send it back when it comes and then they could refund me. I then sent it back when it arrived. However, UPS then simply delivered it again the next day when I was not at home. And now apple are refusing to offer a refund even though i did as instructed by sending it back.

Call Apple Back and Screenshare:

Cal back, and ask to speak with a Senior Advisor. If need be, screenshare your screen, if there is a window or file open showing this information from UPS.
