Can I remotely delete the files from my stolen iPhone?

my iphone was stolen last february- i had it replaced but would like to delete all the data and pics on my old device ? is this possible ?

It's probably many months too late for this, but here is how to try:


Using your browser, log on to www.icloud.com/find

Enter your Apple ID and Password


IF....Find My was enabled on the device, and.....

IF....the battery is still good....and

IF....the phone has a connection to to the Internet.....


It will be nothing short of a miracle if the phone shows up on the Find My map with its approximate location, but I suppose anything is possible.....


Go ahead and use the option to Erase the phone


IF....the phone does not show up on the Find My map.....you won't be able to erase the phone.
