مشاكل في Airpod

My airpods pro die when their charge is 43% and ask me for charging after a tiny bite time one of lose the sound means there’s no sound and other work same thing after a tiny bite time they die and if i connect them again my phone shows me they are 4% or 1% so what’s the matter?

1- i’m try now to charge the case then puting them back into the case to charge

my phone is iphone 7 plus

B. Try the Following Tasks:

Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.
