my adt cameras suddenly will not load on Safari

I'm having the same problem remote viewing my ADT cameras with Safari on my laptop. The issue started within the last week. I discovered today the video loads when using a Chrome browser. I think this is a Safari issue rather than an issue with ADT. The video loads without problems when using my iPhone.

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to access your ADT cameras on your Mac, but you don't have this issue with your iPhone. To help with this, please see the troubleshooting in this link from ADT, including contacting them directly for help with their camera system:

I also have the same issue with video from adt cameras not loading in Safari. The videos load in the iPhone, Chrome, and Firefox. So, the only place it fails in in Safari. Apple....this should tell you something. Please fix in Safari.
