Magic Keyboard not synching

I haven’t been able to connect my Magic Keyboard.

Remove the iPad from the Magic Keyboard - and carefully/gently clean the smart connector contacts on both the iPad and keyboard with a soft pencil eraser (a drafting-film eraser is ideal). Ensure that the contacts on both iPad and keyboard are dirt and dust free - and all debris from the eraser have been removed - before reconnecting the two.

Troubleshooting iPad Bluetooth:

A. Start Here: If you can't Connect a Bluetooth Accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


B. Check the Other Device:

What device are you connecting this to? Make sure that Bluetooth is enable on the device too.
