Apple is not the creator if these emojis. So, rather than recommending this deletion through Apple, you need to make a proposal for one to The Unicode Consortium. Go Here: Submitting Emoji Proposals - Unicode.

Why to Submit This:

I'm sure many out there want this to be an option too. Question is: "Just how many people have actually made a proposal?" The Emoji Consortium will know nothing of your opinion, if you do not share it with them. The more they hear of this the more they will know what emojis to make in time to come.
