how do I update my iOS version to download Facebook

I need to update my iPhone to new version so that I can be able to download Facebook ,if I want to download Facebook it will require iOS 13.4

If your unidentified iPhone model (most likely a 5s, 6, 6Plus) doesn't support iOS versions past 12.5.7, you can't do that, sorry. You can just use FB web version.
