I subscribed to Peacock through Apple and is not recognizing my subscription.

I subscribed to peacock through Apple and now that I am on the app it’s not letting me watch anything and says that I need to start a subscription. So I click subscribe and it says im already subscribed. I just don’t know what to do or how to get it to work.

PersonfromOregon, No, you use Google or another browser to search for “Peacock, customer Service.” This is what I found. We are just other Apple users here. This is about as much help as we can be for a service Apple did not develop.

For you and Niah48 — In my experience, Peacock was included free in several streaming services but recently switched to a paid subscription only. We cancelled rather than pay for yet again another streaming services.
