Apple Music lost

I recently updated my Apple Music subscription payment method and change countries from South Africa to UK. Upon changing and renewing my music has been lost - I did have all my music backed up and synced however when I attempted to sync my music it didn’t show up and now all my downloaded music and playlists have vanished.

Hi,

You will have to start from scratch as Apple Music libraries are not transferable from on region to another. Music that you owned and backed up can be added to your new library.
