MacBook Pro strange issue with external monitor

I have a relatively old MacBook Pro, connected to WD D40 Thunderbolt dock and output to 2 x 24” Dell monitors. I ran a second USB C - HDMI cable on the other Thunderbolt bus to Atomos Ninja V (3rd external display). What I try to achieve is to use the Ninja V as reference monitor to check color of my FCP projects.

The issue I am facing is the Ninja V reported no HDMI signal when I set the resolution to 1080 60p, however it does receive HDMI signal when I switch to 4k 60p. I also have a MSI Windows 11 laptop with HDMI port, connect it to Ninja V and no problem with 1080 60p. I think might not be the Ninja because it can do 1080 60p with the MSI. Could it be Ventura or the MacBook Pro hardware?

MacBook Pro 2018, 15”, i9 32Gb ram, 1Tb SSD.
