Restoring a backup

I have backup an iPhone to the cloud and to my pc. I am now attempting to restore the backup to my new iPhone. Both phones are 256GB. The backup won't restore to the new phone. Error message reads not enough space on receiving phone. Is there any way of selecting only portions of the backup to restore, or restoring as much as possible until new phone is full. It seems that it's either all or nothing with the restore.

Insufficient space for iPhone 13 backup restoration Hello, I have had an iPhone 13 for 3 years, and after this time, it started to lag, so I decided to erase and restore it. I made a backup on my Windows PC using the Apple Devices app, and then I completely wiped the phone. After that, I wanted to restore the phone from the backup, but I got a notification saying that there’s not enough space on the phone. Is there anything I can do about it? Everything is updated, and I don't know how to free up space since there’s nothing on the phone and there’s free space available.
