Goldman Sachs does not require advance notification of international or domestic travel plans. Even if you contact an Apple Card Specialist, there is no place in your account information to enter travel destinations etc. I suggest making several small purchases before a large transaction. This identifies you location to the automated system of your location. If a transaction is declined, you should reach a text asking if the charge was you and you can then say yes, and attempt the charge again. Make sure you have good WiFI or cellular reception.
