Face ID disabled

Somehow my face ID has been disabled

We understand that you're unable to use Face ID on your iPad because it's been disabled.


We see that you've also reviewed "If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support".


If you've already completed the troubleshooting steps outlined in the article above, we would suggest that you have your iPad serviced. If you need help to determine your service options, feel free to reach out to Apple directly as they'd be best suited to go over your options with you.
