Is it possible to restore my stolen iPhone?

I've been stolen my iPhone on Thursday. It has been unblocked, my Google and Outlook accounts were hacked, the Apple Id pass was changed and my iPhone was taken from my Apple account. How could it be possible? I still have the IMEI number, could it be possible to restore it?

Thank you, Limnos.

Unfortunately, nothing on Apple support was helpful at this time.

I don't know how they got access to my Outlook & Google accounts at first to change the Apple Id and remove the device from my profile in FindMy. Still, I am able to see the device on AppleID.com.

I tried to contact Apple support for LATAM but the company decided to attend Brazilian and Mexican people only in LATAM. It seems they don't know much about geography or they just don't care.

I'm with a Galaxy S22 right now which I found even better than my iPhone 13.

Thanks for your time.

No, it's not a fraud. Security can only be as good as the user makes it.

When you phone was lost, did you get a message saying Apple/police/whatever found your phone and you just need to click a click to get an address to retrieve it?

If so, this is a very common trick used by the person who stole your phone to see if you'll cough up your Apple ID and password by following the link. Once you willingly give up that information, they can unlock and erase the phone as new, and do whatever they want to your account.
