My phone is giving me problem without update

Hi there, after spending way too long trying to figure out the update, I finally walked into an Apple Store and they were able to update it immediately with their equipment.

They are so helpful and I highly recommend.

The iPhone 6 Plus can be updated to iOS 12.5.7.

If this is not the issue, please post back with relevant information.
