What if I get message on iPhone 12 that I have to go to apple.com to restore but I don’t have access to a computer

Ask a friend if you can use their computer for 30 minutes or so, or you can take the phone to an Apple Store and use one of the Macs there. Most Best Buy stores also have Macs on display.
Or, it might be simpler to take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop and let them take care of things for you. You can find a list of authorized service shops in your area by using the link below:
