I can’t update my app

My iPhone will not let me update my app because it says I need to update my billing information. Why can’t I update?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

You cannot update because you need to update your billing information. For more specific information, tap Support at the top or bottom of the page. That will take you directly to Apple. They can help.
