bluetooth keyboard keys not working

3 apple bluetooth keyboards, 2 new apple keyboards just purchased, 1 macalley bluetooth keyboard have the same issue. U,I,O,J,K,L,M,period will not type. usb keyboard seems to have sporadic issues.

I have reviewed all of the accessibility setting and keyboard setting but cannot resolve.

anyone else seen this type problem? currently using a windows usb keyboard and the on screen pop up keyboard. If you notice they are all grouped on the right hand set of keys almost like they are reserved for some type of function setup. searched but do not see any of my type issue, the iMac 2021, 24" Ventura 13.5.1 os
