Need to Change family organizer

I need to change the family organizer in my apple family account. I am not able to remove payment method or add payment methods

App Store states that there is an issue due to orbuous pruchase in family sharing. I am the family organizer and my payment information is up today. Need help please. I cannot download Apps because of payment method issue in family sharing.

Family sharing -- allow individual payment methods Is Apple ever going to allow family members to have their own payment method? I'm not sure why I have to run everything through my wife just because she is the "family organizer."
