So you bought two cards, presumably of different valuations, and scratched off whichever is the “wrong” one, and now want a refund for the presumably-still-unredeemed-but-scratched-off gift card?

You will want to directly: Contact Apple Support.

Whether Apple decides you get to redeem it, or if they cancel and refund? That’s a decision for Apple.
