The ONLY way is to reset (completely erase) the phone and restore.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Obviously, this is NOT a decision to be taken lightly.

(As any data on your device which is NOT in your backup — or “synced” elsewhere — will most likely will be permanently lost)
